Property surveys in Bègles : what you need to know

Bègles extends the Bordeaux urban fabric southwards. Streets near Bordeaux are lined with échoppes (single-storey stone houses) and stone townhouses, often built between the late 19th century and the interwar years. Further out are post-war blocks of flats, detached houses and recent developments on former industrial land or along the Garonne.

An échoppe built before 1 January 1949 almost always requires a CREP (lead report), for sale and letting alike. A termite inspection is required in municipalities covered by a prefectoral order: we check the status of your address.
