Property surveys in Valeyrac : what you need to know

Valeyrac is split between two landscapes. On the higher ground, Médoc appellation vineyards surround a small stone village and estates with wine stores. On the estuary side, marshes and mattes carry farms, cabins and livestock buildings. Recent housing is scarce. There are also houses bought as second homes, sometimes renovated in stages.

You need the loi Boutin living area and a DPE (Energy Performance Certificate). A G-rated house can no longer be let since 1 January 2025, and F will be affected in 2028.
