Property surveys in Brach : what you need to know

Brach is a small rural municipality in the Médoc, surrounded by pine forest. Housing consists of old stone or rubble-stone houses in the village and hamlets, former farms and barns, and recent detached houses built on the edge of the forest. A few timber-frame homes complete the picture.

A farmhouse or village house built before 1 January 1949 requires a CREP (lead report) for a sale or let.
