Property surveys in Pauillac : what you need to know

Pauillac lives by its port and its vines. Along the quays, port and merchant houses line up limestone façades, often on two floors, with a shop or storeroom at street level. Further back, the town mixes single-storey échoppes, town houses and small buildings split into flats. Around it, the Pauillac appellation has many châteaux with wine stores, vat rooms and staff housing, reached by the Route des Châteaux (D2).
