Property surveys in Saint-Laurent-Médoc : what you need to know

Saint-Laurent-Médoc stretches far to the west, from the Haut-Médoc vineyards to the pine forest. The town centre has stone town houses, shops with a flat above and a few échoppes. Around it, the hamlets mix winegrowers' houses, old tenant farms and detached houses from different periods. On the forest side, isolated houses sit on the edge of the pines, often with a wooded plot.

In the areas concerned, the buyer must also be told about the legal duty to clear undergrowth.
