Property surveys in Listrac-Médoc : what you need to know

Listrac-Médoc sits on a plateau away from the estuary, between vineyards and forest. The Listrac-Médoc appellation shapes the landscape: estates with wine stores, stone winegrowers' houses and old farms. The village has town houses, shops and a few detached homes. To the west, houses thin out and sit at the edge of the pines, often on large plots.

Farms and winegrowers' houses built before 1 January 1949 need a CREP (lead report) for both sales and lettings.
