Property surveys in Hourtin : what you need to know

Hourtin is spread over three areas. The town centre gathers older houses, shops and family homes. On the shore of the Hourtin-Carcans lake, the port area is lined with housing estates, holiday residences and second homes, mostly built from the 1970s onwards. On the ocean side, Hourtin-Plage has campsites, small residences and chalets. In between, the forest dominates, with isolated houses often built of timber.
